A. The City shall embrace, include and contain within its corporate limits all the territory embraced, included and encompassed within the lines and boundaries as in this chapter bounded and described.
B. The boundaries and corporate limits and lines of the City are established and ordained to be as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of SE 1/4, Sec. 14, Twp. 40, N., R. 2 W.B.M., thence south 160 rods to SE corner of the NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 23; thence west 80 rods to the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 23; thence south 80 rods to the SE corner of SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 23; thence west 160 rods to the SW corner of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 23; thence north 80 rods to the NW corner of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 23; thence west 80 rods to the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22; thence north 80 rods to the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22; thence east 40 rods on the south boundary line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 15; thence due north 80 rods to a point on the N line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 15; thence east 280 rods to the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 14, to the place of beginning.
Also including:
A parcel of land in the Northwest Quarter, Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 40 North, Range 2 West, B.M., in the County of Latah, State of Idaho, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of Section 14 (a brass cap monument); thence S 01°39'22" E along the West line of said Section 14 (as per Record of Survey by Charles Cuddy, L.S. 885 and recorded as Instrument No. 387497 of County Records) for a distance of 1310.34 feet to the South Sixteenth Corner; thence N 88°23'24" E along the South line of the Northwest Quarter, Southwest Quarter of said Section 14, for 366.63 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 01°36'36" W for 635.92 feet; thence N 88°23'24" E for 161.61 feet; thence S 01°36'36" E for 147.50 feet; thence S 88°23'24" W for 121.11 feet; thence S 01°36'36" E for 488.42 feet; thence S 88°23'24" W for 40.50 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing 1.00 Acres more or less.
C. All that territory bounded and included within the lines set forth in subsection B of this section is declared and ordained to be within the corporate limits of the City, and is and constitutes the territory subject to the jurisdiction of the Municipality of the City.
