9.28.020: EXCEPTIONS:
The provisions of section 9.28.010 of this chapter shall not apply to the sale or soliciting of orders for the sale of milk, dairy products, vegetables, poultry, eggs and other farm and garden produce so far as the sale of commodities named in this section is now authorized by law, nor to local school and nonprofit organization solicitation. (Ord. 233 § 2, 1980)
