9.24.050: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) and costs of prosecution. (Ord. 232 § 5, 1980)
