A. Any parent or parents, guardian, or other person having the custody of any minor, as defined in section 9.20.010 of this chapter, permitting, allowing or abetting the minor or minors to violate section 9.20.010 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, as set forth in the Idaho State Youth Rehabilitation Act.
B. The finding that the minor has violated section 9.20.010 of this chapter shall be presumptive proof of the contributing to the delinquency of the minor or minors, by the parent or guardian or other person having control of the minor or minors. (Ord. 231 § 2, 1980)
