9.04.020: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) and costs of prosecution. (Ord. 227 § 1, 1980: Ord. 120 § 2, 1942)
