Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter or any of the provisions thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the sum of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) together with the costs of prosecution.
