8.08.020: SALE UNLAWFUL:

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation within the City to sell, offer for sale, display or advertise fireworks of any kind or nature, save and except those recognized as safe and sane by State standards. (Ord. 225 § 1, 1980: Ord. 116 § 2, 1941)
