It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to discharge, explode or cause to be exploded on any street, alley, sidewalk or areaway of the City, or within the corporate limits of the City, at any time, any rocket, firecracker, Roman candle, cane, torpedo, or any other combustible fireworks designed to be exploded with a sudden report or detonation or to explode said fireworks at any other location in the City where a fire may or might result therefrom.
