8.06.040: EXCEPTIONS TO PERMIT REQUIREMENT:
This chapter shall not apply to campfires in approved fire pits. Approved fire pits shall be no more than four feet (4') in diameter and materials for said campfire shall be restricted to uncontaminated firewood. Nor shall this chapter apply to any fires used for cooking food, such as barbecues. (Ord. 363, 2012)
