6.08.060: BREAKING OPEN OF PENS PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful to break open or in any manner, directly or indirectly, aid or assist in breaking open any pen or enclosure with intent to releasing any animal confined therein pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 222 § 6, 1980)
