A. Licenses shall not be transferable from one dog to another and no refunds shall be made on any dog license fee because of death of the dog or the owner leaving the City before expiration of the license period.
B. In case a license is lost or destroyed, a duplicate license shall be issued by the City upon a showing that the license fee for the current year has been paid and upon payment of fifty cents ($0.50) for each duplicate license. (Ord. 180 § 4, 1968)
