It is further ordered that a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be considered a misdemeanor and any person violating any of the provisions shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) together with the costs of such actions.
