The City shall collect a license fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each permit so granted. The permit shall be in full force and effect for a period of one year from the issuance thereof and it is further provided that if the permit is renewed by the Council and the Mayor that the renewal shall be for a period of one year. Each renewal license thereof shall require payment of an additional fee of five dollars ($5.00) and shall require a continuation of the bond provided for in this chapter. (Ord. 134 § 4, 1953)
