16.04.160: FEES:
   A.   Persons filing preliminary and/or final subdivision plats shall pay to the City a fee in an amount to be established by the Council.
   B.   Prior to final plat approval, a certified check shall be paid to the City or Highway District having jurisdiction of the subdivision streets an amount specified by the Council to cover the material and installation cost of street and traffic signs for the subdivision. (Ord. 311 § 1, 1999)
