Amended plats must be filed as per the original. In the event a plat of a subdivision has been recorded and major changes have been made which change the subdivision materially, the subdivision upon which these changes have been made must be vacated and an amended plat filed in accordance with the regulations established in this Code. Any change in street location shall require an amended plat for that portion that is affected. (Ord. 311 § 1, 1999)
