16.04.100: SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT:
The developer shall enter into a subdivision improvement agreement delineating the improvements to be made, when they are to be completed and how they will be secured with the City prior to commencing development of the subdivision. (Ord. 311 § 1, 1999)
