13.16.260: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 242 § 1, 1980: Ord. 157 § 950, 1961)
