13.16.220: INTERFERENCE WITH OTHER SERVICES:

The work shall be conducted so as not to interfere with access to fire stations and fire hydrants. Material or obstructions shall not be placed within fifteen feet (15') of fire hydrants. Passageways leading to fire escapes or firefighting equipment shall be kept free of material piles or other obstructions. (Ord. 157 § 650, 1961)
