A. All damage done to existing improvements during the progress of construction or maintenance work shall be repaired by the permittee. Materials for such repair shall conform to the requirements of applicable ordinances.
B. If, upon being ordered, the permittee fails to furnish the necessary labor and materials for such repairs, the Water Commissioner may cause the necessary labor and materials to be furnished by other parties and the cost thereof charged against the permittee. (Ord. 157 § 540, 1961)
