13.08.020: WATER COMMISSIONER; OFFICE CREATED; SALARY; DUTIES:

The Office of Water Commissioner is created. The person who shall be in charge of said office shall be appointed by the Mayor of the City. The Water Commissioner's salary, if any, shall be fixed by the City Council. The Water Commissioner shall have general charge of the water system and of the Water Department, and shall perform such specific duties as are ordained in this chapter and chapter 13.12 of this title.
