13.08.010: ESTABLISHED:
For the purpose of this chapter and other ordinances that may be passed that are relevant to this chapter and chapter 13.12 of this title, the water system operated by the City shall be known as the "Deary water system". A department is set up to administrate the water system and the said department shall be known as the Water Department. (Ord. 358, 2011)
