13.04.120: PENALTY:

Any person, persons, partnerships, corporations or associations found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter or of failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this chapter shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of title 1, chapter 1.08 of this Code. (Ord. 275 § 2, 1989)
