13.04.020: SEWER COMMISSIONER; OFFICE CREATED:
The Office of Sewer Commissioner is created. The person who shall be in charge of said office shall be appointed by the Mayor of the City. The Sewer Commissioner shall have general charge of the sewer system and of the Sewer Department, and shall perform such specific duties as are ordained in this chapter. (Ord. 275 § 2, 1989)
