Paved, oiled or graveled streets and alleys shall be restored to original condition by the following methods:
A. Crushed rock or gravel for sub-base and surfacing shall be placed with type similar in gradation and thickness as that of the street or alley at the location.
B. All replacement costs shall be borne by the party doing the work and all such work shall be under the supervision of and at the direction of the Commissioner of Streets. (Ord. 205 § 9, 1977)
