12.04.160: CORRECTION OF WORK; BY CITY UPON FAILURE BY CONTRACTOR; CHARGES:
In the event the contractor fails to complete the work as programmed and shown on the face of the permit the City may complete the work and charge the contractor for doing such work. (Ord. 205 § 5(j), 1977)
