12.04.150: CORRECTION OF WORK; COSTS BORNE BY PERMITTEE:

Any cost incident thereto shall be borne solely by the permittee for correcting any deficiency in the work and to bring it up to standards satisfactory to the Commissioner of Streets. (Ord. 205 § 5(h), 1977)
