In the event the work, excavation, backfill and/or surfacing have not passed the inspection, the Commissioner of Streets shall advise the permittee of the nature and extent of the failure of the job to pass inspection and shall notify the permittee of what work must be reaccomplished to pass inspection. The notification and inspection procedures specified in sections 12.04.110 and 12.04.130 of this chapter shall apply. (Ord. 205 § 5(g), 1977)
