12.04.130: INSPECTION; NOTIFICATION OF COMMISSIONER; APPROVAL OF WORK:
Upon completion of all work by the permittee, such permittee shall advise the Commissioner of Streets that the work has been completed. Upon such notification the Commissioner of Streets shall cause the job and work to be inspected. If such inspection reveals the work to have been performed in a satisfactory fashion the Commissioner of Streets shall so advise the permittee. (Ord. 205 § 5(f), 1977)
