12.04.070: NOTIFICATION OF CITY MARSHAL AND FIRE DEPARTMENT:
Any person excavating, obstructing or otherwise disturbing any street, alley or sidewalk shall promptly notify the City Marshal and the Fire Department of the City. (Ord. 205 § 4, 1977)
