2.04.020: SPECIAL MEETINGS:
Special meetings of the City Council may be held at any time at the call of the Mayor by giving the members of the City Council written oral notice of the meeting of the City Council, or such special meeting shall be called by the Mayor on the written request of three (3) members of the City Council. (Ord. 2 § 2, 1912)
