§ 34.09 COUNTY CONTINGENCY FUND.
   (A)   The County Contingency Fund is hereby created.
   (B)   A portion of shared gaming tax revenue received through the Revenue Sharing Agreement between the city of Lawrenceburg, Indiana and the county dated June 2, 1997 shall be deposited in said fund.
   (C)   The amount of said shared gaming tax revenues deposited in the County Contingency Fund shall be determined by the County Council on an annual basis.
   (D)   Funds on deposit in the County Contingency Fund shall be available for such uses determined by a majority vote of the County Council.
