§ 34.08 ROAD BOND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS FUND.
   (A)   The County Auditor shall establish a fund designated as Road Bond Subdivision Improvements Fund.
   (B)   Upon receipt of proof of financial responsibility for proposed subdivision improvements as approved by the County Plan Commission, the County Auditor shall deposit such sums into the above stated Fund. Said funds shall be deposited on terms determined by the Plan Commission.
   (C)   Deposits shall be maintained in this Fund until release of all or any part is authorized by the County Plan Commission.
