§ 34.07 ANIMAL CONTROL DONATION FUND.

(A) The Animal Control Donation Fund is hereby established as a special fund for the purpose of receiving all funds donated to Dearborn County Animal Control.

(B) The funds may be used for purposes consistent with maintaining the Animal Control Center and its necessary functions.
