§ 34.02 CUMULATIVE COUNTY COURTHOUSE FUND.

(A) A need now exists for the establishment of a Cumulative County Courthouse Fund for the following purposes: for the construction, remodeling, and repair of courthouses and any other purposes permitted under Indiana Law.

(B) The Board of County Commissioners will adhere to the provisions of I.C. 36-9-14 and 6-1.1-41 et seq. Said levy will be levied beginning with taxes payable beginning in the year 1997.
