§ 33.09 COUNTY EQUIPMENT BEING HELD IN PERSONAL RESIDENCE.
   The Board of Commissioners understands that certain employees are required to purchase certain items necessary for their employment. The county shall purchase or reimburse the employee for the purchase of equipment necessary for the employee to be able to complete the tasks required by their employment. The equipment may be housed in the employee’s personal residence, however, the property is the property of the county and must be returned to the county at the conclusion of employment with the county unless granted written permission to retain the equipment by the Board of Commissioners.
