§ 33.06 DEFERRED COMPENSATION.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Dearborn County Deferred Compensation Plan for the voluntary participation of all eligible employees and officials. The county will utilize the state's plan and its investment options, and will contract with Indiana Deferred Compensation Plan, Inc. to be the exclusive Servicing Manager and Enroller.
   (B)   The Auditor is hereby appointed as the administrator of the plan, and is authorized to make deductions from the pay of employees who voluntarily participate, and to make other arrangements necessary to implement the plan. Other than the incidental expense of collecting the employees' deferrals and other minor administrative matters, there is to be no cost to the county or contribution by the county to this plan.
