(A) Under the provisions of I.C. 36-10-3, there is hereby created a special, non-reverting fund for the purposes of operating expenses, acquiring land, and/or making capital improvements by the Dearborn County Board of Parks and Recreation.
(B) The Dearborn County Council may include, from year to year, in the budget of the Dearborn County Board of Parks and Recreation, appropriations to said special, non-reverting fund.
(C) Moneys placed in the special, non-reverting fund shall not be withdrawn except for operating expenses, acquiring land, and/or making capital improvements, being the purposes for which said fund is created.
