The President of the Board of Commissioners is hereby given the authority to legally bind the county to contracts with the Indiana Department of Transportation by way of electronic signature so long as the contract in question has been brought before, and approved by, the entire Board of Commissioners at a public meeting of the Board of Commissioners. If the contract has been so approved, the electronic signature of all three members is not required and the President of the Board of Commissioners may unilaterally execute the contract by electronic signature.
