(A) No county employee who has been provided a county vehicle, except County Police Department Deputies, which use shall be controlled by policies of the County Sheriff, shall use such county vehicle for personal use, except that such vehicle may be used for commuting to and from the home.
(B) The vehicle provided the maintenance man for the County Police Department is a road service vehicle to provide emergency assistance and other mechanical assistance to the Police Department vehicles, therefore, such vehicle is considered exempt.
(C) The Highway Department has a maintenance vehicle operated by the Garage Foreman, which vehicle is equipped to provide emergency road service and other maintenance assistance for county highway vehicles and as such is considered exempt.
