§ 32.150 RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF SOUTHEAST INDIANA REGIONAL PORT AUTHORITY.

Adoption and passage of Ordinance 2020-001 by the Common Councils of Aurora, Greendale, and Lawrenceburg, and by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners, shall serve to replace and re-establish the Southeast Indiana Regional Port Authority previously formed jointly between the Cities of Aurora and Lawrenceburg and Dearborn County.
