§ 32.149 EMERGENCY CLAUSE.
   This subchapter shall be in full force and effect from and after passage of Ordinance 2020-001 by all three cities and the County Commission. As Ordinance 2020-001 was originally passed as an Interlocal Agreement by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners on October 4, 2016, this subchapter shall take effect retroactive to January 1, 2017.
