§ 32.145 ESTABLISHMENT OF A PORT AUTHORITY.
   A port authority to be known as the Southeast Indiana Regional Port Authority is hereby established and shall have the powers and jurisdiction enumerated and set forth in I. C. 8-10-5-1 et seq., as amended from time to time.
