§ 32.134 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The Cemetery Commission shall be composed of five county residents appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
   (B)   Each member of the Commission shall serve for a term of five years, and the appointments staggered so as to permit the appointment or reappointment of only one member per year.
   (C)   No member shall accept any gifts, gratuities, or contributions, except on behalf of and for the benefit of the Commission.
