(A) The Dearborn County Park and Recreation Board is hereby authorized, pursuant to I.C. 36-10-3-18(a), to "accept gifts, donations, and subsidies for park and recreational purposes";
(B) There is hereby established a Donation Fund for the Dearborn County Park and Recreation Board for the deposit of monies gifted or granted to the Dearborn County Park and Recreation Board;
(C) Pursuant to I.C. 36-10-3-18(a), a gift or transfer of property may not be made without the approval of the Dearborn County Park and Recreation Board;
(D) Pursuant to Indiana Code § 36-10-3-18(b), the Donation Fund is a special non- reverting fund to be available for expenditure by the Dearborn County Park and Recreation Board for purposes specified by the Grantor; and
(E) The Auditor of Dearborn County, Indiana may draw warrants against the Donation Fund only upon vouchers signed by the President and Secretary of the Dearborn County Park and Recreation Board.
