ORDINANCE ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT TO DEARBORN COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
An Ordinance enacting and adopting a supplement to the Code of Ordinances of Dearborn County, State of Indiana.
WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio has completed the 2019 S-19 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of Dearborn County, Indiana which contains all Ordinances and Resolutions of general nature enacted since the prior Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of Dearborn County, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the 2019 S-19 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of Dearborn County, Indiana brings the Code of Ordinances current through local legislation Ordinance 2018-011 and Resolution 2017-007 and State legislation current through Legislative Service, 2018 Acts, Pamphlet No. 5; and
WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make reference to sections of the Indiana Code; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes in the law of the State of Indiana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners as follows:
Section 1. The 2019 S-19 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of Dearborn County, Indiana as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, and as attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its date of passage.
