§ 32.131 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   CEMETERY. Any cemetery that:

      (1)   Is within the bounds of the county;

      (2)   Is without funds or sources of funds for reasonable preservation;

      (3)   Was established before 1850;

      (4)   May be the burial site of an Indiana pioneer leader or a veteran of an American war; and

      (5)   Has suffered neglect and deterioration.
