§ 51.45 DISPOSAL CONNECTION APPLICATION FEE.

(A) The Dearborn County Board of Commissioners hereby approve the request of the Dearborn County Health Department to establish a sanitary sewage disposal connection application fee as determined by ordinance of the Dearborn County Council.

(B) The Dearborn County Health Department may collect the fees for the processing of these applications.
