(A) The Health Officer or his or her authorized representative bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The owner or his or her agent shall request inspection of the private sewage disposal system at least 48 hours in advance of expected time of completion.
(C) No private sewage disposal system shall be covered or placed in operation until the system has been inspected and approved in writing by the Health Officer. Such approval shall not constitute a guarantee of any system.
(D) The Health Officer may make inspections during the course of construction of the private sewage disposal system to insure compliance with this chapter and the applicable state statutes and administrative rules.
