(A) All plats for subdivisions proposing to utilize on-site sewage disposal systems for wastewater treatment shall be submitted to the Dearborn County Board of Health for approval of the proposed system or systems before any construction may begin on the property.
(B) If individual water supply and/or private sewage disposal systems are proposed, the plat shall contain all pertinent information relative to the installation of these systems. Therefore, to assist in determining the feasibility of installing individual sewage disposal systems, the plat shall show the following:
(1) Location of water supply, well and sewage disposal systems on subject lot and adjoining lots;
(2) Lot size and soil types encountered on each lot;
(3) Location of flowing streams, storm sewers and drainage ditches.
(C) Soil survey and mapping by the Soil Conservation Service, United States Department of Agriculture, may be substituted for the soil information requirements.
(D) If individual sewage disposal systems or individual water supply systems, or both, are proposed, the plat shall contain all pertinent information relative to the installation of these systems.
(E) The proposed subdivision shall be served by extension of the existing sanitary sewer system or by a community sewerage system that is within 300 feet of the nearest lot.
