§ 51.18 SURVEYS.
   Surveys that meet the minimum requirements of this chapter shall be submitted to the Dearborn County Health Department for a site evaluation under the provisions of this chapter. A letter indicating the Health Officer's requirements or recommendations shall be sent to the owner, or agent of the owner, of the property.
